1. How It Works

If VitalFlush isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of your original purchase date through our Contact page and request a refund. There's no need to return unopened bottles unless we ask you to.

2. Processing Time

Once your refund request is confirmed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Order Issues

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or never arrives, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
